Our patented solcudi® technology redefines the performance standard for rotary sealing systems – not only for Face Seals and Duo Cone Seals, but also for mechanical seals in general. Each solcudi® seal is designed and customized to meet specific application requirements, including heavy corrosion resistance, high rotation speed or operation under extreme wear conditions.

Advanced surface engineering enables exceptional durability, leak-tightness, and friction control. Combined with our in-house developed finishing technology, solcudi® seals deliver unmatched precision and reliability – while eliminating hazardous waste from the production process.

Grip Coatings & Friction Pads

With our proprietary Low Energy Cladding (LEC) process, we apply highly wear-resistant hardmetal coatings to a wide range of steel components – efficiently, precisely, and with minimal thermal input.

These coatings go far beyond wear protection: by controlling surface topography, we create defined roughness profiles that increase grip and torque transmission. Applications include structured housings for Face/Duo Cone Seals and high-friction pads for mechanical interfaces.
