Founded in 2021, procudi was established to challenge the status quo in the sealing systems market. While global industries face increasing demands on performance, sustainability, and supply reliability, we saw a lack of innovation in the field – with outdated technologies, long lead times, little focus on sustainability and limited adaptability dominating the landscape.

That’s why we set out to rethink the entire lifecycle of rotary sealing systems – from materials and coatings to production and logistics. Today, procudi offers next-generation solutions engineered for extreme wear, high speeds, and high pressures – all while reducing environmental impact and lifetime costs.

At the heart of our sealing portfolio is our patented solcudi® technology, which delivers superior performance, longer operating life, and significantly reduced CO₂ emissions compared to conventional cast iron or hardened steel seals. Each solcudi® seal is engineered to meet specific application demands and validated through rigorous internal testing and real-world field operation.

In addition to advanced sealing systems, we also provide high-performance friction pads and functional surface coatings using our proprietary Low Energy Cladding (LEC) process. This technology allows us to apply highly wear-resistant hardmetal coatings with minimal thermal input – ideal for torque-transmitting surfaces, grip-enhancing housings, and other friction-critical applications.

We serve a global customer base – including both OEMs and service providers – across industries like mining, construction, heavy-duty, and agriculture. All our processes are ISO 9001 certified, and we have successfully passed multiple OEM quality and process audits. Our team brings decades of experience in the development, testing, and industrialization of Duo Cone / Face Seal technologies.
